Kofax - Password Protect PDF
To password protect PDF via Kofax Power PDF.
1. Proceed to Security Tab in Kofax Program.
2. Click Manage Security > Modify.
3. On the Security Method, choose Password Security with the necessary options that is to encrypt the documents contents or not.
4. Select "Allow document opening only by password" and key in the password.
5. Select OK to re-enter the password.
6. Save your document and relaunch the PDF to ensure it's password protected!
Note: Always duplicate your file just in case you forget the password.
